PROFESSORS

HOD & Professor in ECE

It is my pleasure to be the part of this VPMM Engineering College for Women (VPMMECW). Women’s education is the important tool to make a constructive and creative revolutionize in this world. In addition to these benefits, professional education to the women in the society provides empowerment to them which is very important and inevitable in today’s state of affairs. Engineering study is the unique branch of learning which is evolved as application of science and technology. It is considerably different from other divisions by its own significant distinctiveness especially it is a technical skill dependent learning methodology. Today’s engineering graduates should be enriched with an adequate amount of technical skill in their engineering stream in addition to the hypothetical knowledge in their domain. If this technical skill development is inculcated among the students during the period of education by humanizing them beyond the syllabus specified by the university , then it is easy to transform their potential in to meaningful outcome that will make the society to get benefited by the way of education. The students of this society should also be motivated to have social responsibility and pursue professional ethics in their line of work and morals and values in their personal life to make a healthy and wealthy society to attain the complete objective of education. VPMMECW is the precise place to educate women in the territory of engineering stream which is doing its educational service in the southern part of Tamilnadu with sufficient facilities for engineering education. I assure the students admitted in this institution will get the real advantage by learning technical education in this place.
